Cellulite refers to the deposition of fats in the subcutaneous layer of the skin. Due to presence of cellulite, a dimpled look starts appearing on the skin. Cellulite is mostly found in lower abdomen, breasts, upper arms, thighs and buttocks. It is a commonly found in men and women especially when they are advancing towards middle age. Although cellulite is not considered any health hazard in the medical science however it mars the overall beauty of the body and makes a person look unattractive. But there is no need to worry as you may get rid of cellulite with the help of some easy home remedies.

Brushing- It is the easiest and simplest way to get rid of cellulite. Brush your skin daily with the help of a skin brusher before taking bath. Due to enhancement in blood circulation, it helps in reducing cellulite by making the same excrete through lymphatic drainage. 

Apple cider vinegar- Make a paste by using apple cider vinegar and a good quality massage oil in the ratio 3:1. Use this paste to massage on the affected areas of the body two times in a day to get rid of cellulite.

Alternatively, you may also consume use apple cider vinegar by mixing the same in water. Add little honey to it. Drink this liquid each morning to remove cellulite from your body.

Drink water- It is always recommendable to drink lots of water each day to stay hydrated and get rid of toxins accumulated in the body through flushing process. It is also helpful in reducing cellulite appearance on the body.

Lemon juice plus cayenne- Take a liquid prepared by mixing lemon juice and cayenne to dissolve the fats deposited under the skin. These fats are then passed out of the body through urine.

Caffeinated creams- You may prefer using creams which are rich in caffeine to massage the affected parts of your body. The caffeine content in the creams help in shrinking of the cellulite and hence makes a person look slim and attractive.

Anti-cellulite creams- You may even use ready-to-use anti-cellulite creams available in the market. These creams are rich in components such as lemon, sweet clover, kola nut, strawberry, ivy barley etc. These are all helpful in reducing cellulite in the body.

Fiber rich diet- Eat diet which is rich in fiber such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables. These prevent deposition of fats in the body by making them excrete due to sufficient supply of fiber to the digestive system.

Oil massage- Prepare oil by mixing rosemary oil and almond oil together. Use this oil to massage the affected areas of your body to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Avoid salt- You should reduce the consumption of salt in your diet as it leads to increase in water level in your body. This in turn makes your body look bulging.

Coconut oil massage- It is another effective home remedy to get rid of cellulite. Just massage the affected areas of your body with coconut oil to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
